Our full rate card is public. Shipping is billed at the carrier’s actual rate with no markup, and there is no setup fee.

Frequently asked questions
Which store platforms do you integrate with?
WooCommerce, Shopify, TikTok Shop and most other major platforms. Orders import automatically and tracking numbers are written back to your store, so your customers get their shipping emails from you as usual.
Is there a long-term contract or a setup fee?
No. Terms are month to month and there is no setup or onboarding fee. You pay for the work we do, at the rates on the pricing page.
How long does onboarding take?
Most brands are connected, received and shipping in about two weeks. The main variable is how quickly your first inventory arrives.
Where is your warehouse?
Northeast Florida, strategically located near the Port of Jacksonville. We ship with USPS to all US states, and we process international orders.
Can you store products that need to stay cold?
Yes. We have refrigerated and frozen storage, and we do not charge an extra refrigeration fee. Tell us the temperature range your product needs when you request a quote.
Do you work with research peptide brands?
Yes, it is one of our specialties. We handle research compounds strictly as materials for laboratory research use, and we only work with brands that market them that way. See peptide fulfillment for the details.
Is there a minimum order volume?
We work with brands that are just launching and brands shipping thousands of orders a month. Tell us where you are and we will be straight about whether we are a fit.
